  • Referral received

    Our nurse navigator confirms receipt of the referral and explains the next steps.

  • Patient contact & coverage verification

    We contact the patient to confirm contact details and verify insurance coverage. For self-pay (cash) patients, we provide information regarding consultation and service fees. We also collect the required medical reports.

  • Records review

    Our clinical team reviews the medical records. If anything is missing, we request it from the patient or referring clinic to avoid delays.

  • Appointment confirmed

    We schedule the appointment and share the date, time, location, and preparation instructions.

  • Referrer update

    We keep the referring provider informed regarding the referral status and confirmed appointment.
